As stated in their announcement:
The division “EuroNav” will be located in new business premises in Pforzheim from January 1st, 2010 on and will be headed by Mr. Sven Bogner. All implemented processes, standards and certifications as well as the personnel of both of the business units will remain. Through the relocation possibly necessary audits will be conducted in a timely manner.
